Reed Garwood is an expert owner’s rep for real estate development projects and their associated land use, design & construction teams. He is a proven leader that builds camaraderie and instills a healthy sense of urgency among team members.

Since 2000 he has completed over 5 million SF of California ground-up and capital improvement projects. He acquired, repositioned and operated over 3.5 million SF of California value-add office properties while at Rising Realty Partners (RRP) and Barker Pacific Group. At RRP, Reed led the creative office conversion of the downtown Los Angeles, 460,000 SF PacMutual office building including LEED-EB Platinum certification. Prior to that he built $500 million of California ground-up projects while at Bovis Lend Lease including the Santana Row apartments in San Jose and the Watermark condo tower and Four Seasons condo tower in San Francisco.

Reed is a graduate of USC (MBA / MRED) and Georgia Tech (Bachelor of Civil Engineering). He lives with his wife and son in Pasadena and enjoys swimming and dabbling in guitar in his spare time.
